The following is a PSA I will use:
"You are hurt. You need help. You need urgent medical attention. You call 911, but help never comes.
This is the situation that happened to Deborah Payne and may happen to you.
Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Samuel Potter.

Hello ladies and gentlemen, my name is Samuel Potter.
I'm here to inform you that help may not come when you need it. The Emergency Medical Services of America are disorganized and underfunded. Slow response times to urgent situations. Disarray during cataclysmic events. Ultimately the unnecessary loss of life.
You need to make a change. You are the revolution. Right now, a citizen-based support system for emergency medical services is being created in your area. This service, called the Citizens' Emergency Response, will train you to support the first responders of America with CPR, First-aid, and Disaster training. By joining, you will pledge to help your community in its time of greatest peril.
Members of CER are encouraged to also join the United Emergency Medical Services Organization, an advocacy group for an organized and well-funded public Emergency Medical Service.
With your support, a nationally based system of efficient public emergency medical services will become available to everyone. The efficiency of the system will be maximized, but what truly matters is that, in the end, more lives will be saved.
Join, because the life saved could be yours.
Thank You.'

I Plan on having a laptop for use during my presentation displaying a website on which information concerning my two end products, as well as a detailed blueprint of an organized Emergency medical service.
